Did The Fed Just KILL Crypto?

The Fed recently announced their FedNow service which will give us instant payments for US domestic users. This was huge news as it was their 1st payments innovation since ACH in the 1970s. But all I was wondering was how will this affect crypto? Is it bullish for Ripple and Cypherium like ppl say it is? Or is it super bearish for payment coins, stablecoins, etc.?
